I grew up just outside Minneapolis — Doomtree’s stomping grounds — so I’ve got a soft spot for them as I do for most Twin Cities music that we get around here. I’ve been passively keeping tabs on a lot of the label’s artists for a while, and I have yet to find a bad Doomtree record.
